Important: Private alcohol orders are sold by the case. Prices may change and are limited to available stock. Large orders may be subject to availability. There is a lead time of 3-10 business days before pickup is available. Once your order is confirmed you will receive a payment link by Email.
Please note once payment has been completed, cancellations or returns cannot be accomodated.
*Ozawa Canada does not sell beverage alcohol. We facilitate an arrangement whereby customers can buy from the LCBO. Our price includes the LCBO prices and an agency fee.
Pick Up Instructions
We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. After we confirm a pick up time, you will get an Invoice Number. Give your name and invoice number to our warehouse team upon your pick up. Our warehouse team will give you the product and invoice for you.
Address for pick up is our facility located in Richmond Hill: 100 East Beaver Creek Rd., Unit #2, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1J6
After receiving your Invoice number, between 1:30pm and 4:00pm. (Mon-Fri).
Look for the white building with ozawa in red. Our pickup door is located on the north side of the building, look for the black metal door, once inside press the bell for service.
