Narai Sankei Junmai Daiginjo,720ml
The aroma opens with the fruitiness and subtle sweetness of Japanese pear. Despite its vibrant and floral aroma, the mouthfeel is pleasantly light, reminiscent of a soft ourin (Japanese green apple). The aftertaste is also relatively light. This sake would pair well with Japanese dishes using white fish, or mildly sweet desserts and wagashi (traditional Japanese sweets).
- Mountain water from Narai
- Sankei Nishiki rice from Azumino
- Sake yeast: (Kyokai No.7)
