The Honke Matsuura Shuzojo Brewery was founded in 1804 in Tokushima Prefecture and is the oldest brewery in the region. Their juicy, refreshing sake offers aromatic notes of tropical fruit with hints of caramel and nuts. The layered palate is lively and fresh, with a generous acidity and sweetness on the finish.
