Tamasan Frozen Shiratama

<How to thaw>
(1) Thawing by boiling
1. Heat Shiratama in boiling water for about 3 minutes. (1L of hot water is recommended for 20 frozen shiratama.)
2. When softened, Shiratama balls will float on the surface of the water.
3. Cool boiled Shiratama in cold water and use for cooking.

(2) Thawing by microwave oven (500W)
1. Place 20 frozen Shiratama (3-4 servings) in a deep dish with enough water to cover the Shiratama (about 150 ml) and heat in microwave for about 3 minutes.
2. Cool in cold water and use for cooking.
