NIHONSAKARI Daiginjo Sake

This premium Sake has a nice high Daiginjo nose that doesn’t evaporate too quickly. The initial burst of flavour is full of autumn fruit, but this quickly melts away on the tongue, and has a finish that mellows and smoothens in harmony.
