Hakutake Kaoru was born of the desire to produce an accessible drinking experience that can be casually enjoyed even by those encountering Rice Shochu for the first time. After three years in development, we believe we’ve achieved that goal.

We achieved this by maximizing the aroma of the Ginjo rice grains at all stages of the production process, starting with selecting the breed of rice, all the way to the bottling of the final product.
