In the year of 2016, TATENOKAWA achieved a rice polishing ratio of 1%, which no other brewery had ever achieved before. “Komyo” or Zenith is an endeavor to open the door to this new frontier, and bring rays of hope to the future of the sake world. With an incredible transparency, this sake is out of this world.
