1. USE IT STRAIGHT
Yuzu-It is a great wasabi substitute, great with seafood, salad, yakitori, BBQ, noodles, etc. Just 1 or 2 drops of it into a steaming udon soup will bring out a nice yuzu flavour.
2. MIX IT WITH ANOTHER CONDIMENT
A favourite is mixing Yuzu-it and Yuzu Miso Sauce, to create a fantastic poke sauce.

- Mix it with Mayo for a spicy yuzu tartar sauce
- Mix it with Ketchup for a spicy yuzu cocktail sauce
- Mix it with Ponzu for spicy yuzu carpaccio sauce
- Mix it with Olive Oil for spicy yuzu dressing
