This Sake is from Shizuoka prefecture, and the brewery name is Omuraya Shuzojo Co., Ltd. It was founded in 1832. This brewery is located on the east part of the Ooi River, that has clear water and mild climate. Onikoroshi means “Demon Slayer”, a powerful strong sake able to kill demons. This beautiful sake is round and alluring with the texture of raw silk. Well balanced, mild sake that has a slight sweetness stemming from its elegant aromas and moderate dryness.
