Gotas, meaning “droplet” in Portuguese, is a single-origin bottled sencha tea made exclusively from “Ujimidori,” a variety grown in a single contracted tea garden in Wazuka, Kyoto. Its clear aroma, reminiscent of citrus and flowers, and its elegant, lingering umami flavour unfold in a wine glass.
