Tokachi Brandy Hokkaido 1987 Cask Strength, 700ml

This Japanese Brandy has delectable aromas of vanilla and caramel with a slightest hint of grape aroma. Freshness with citrus notes, and intense aromas like black sugar, matured in oak barrel, provide an excellent balance.

The initial contact on the palate is soft with some sweetness despite the Brandy’s high alcohol %. The taste develops into full-bodied structure with moderately formed tannins which adds a pleasant accent to the Brandy.

Wrapped up in aromatic notes and flavors, this Brandy has a powerful body and lingering finish from the Non-Chill Filtered Single Cask.
