This awamori has won the Okinawa Prefectural Governor’s Award (Gold Award) for three consecutive years. From the treasured matured awamori clay pots, only the most fragrant awamori is selected. Three and five year old awamori are blended in a golden ratio. With its rich, mature aroma and umami flavour, it pairs perfectly with meat dishes.
