Nanbu Bijin Tokubetsu Junmai Sake (Red)

Quality rice notes with some floral characters and marshmallow, savory umami on the mid palate. This sake is one of the best “goes with any meal” sakes. Dry, medium+ weight, long finish. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

In 2017, the International Wine Challenge (IWC) has awarded this sake
