NANBU BIJIN AWA SPARKLING JUNMAI GINJOSAKE

This elegant and perfectly balanced Sparkling Sake is of Junmai Ginjo grade made with Ginotome rice and soft subterranean water. It has a floral aroma of white flowers and fruits like fresh grapes and pears. The crisp delicate bubbles are offset by the soft umami undertones of the sake which yields satisfying dry finish.
