The first craft gin from Okinawa, Japan.
Using different carefully selected botanicals,  the production process of this gin varies from western styles, from awamori distillation methods to Okinawan botanicals. Specifically, instead of continuous stills for high proof spirit, the base spirit is actually single distilled twice, and botanicals focus on Okinawan ingredients like Goya, and Shikuwasa.
