From Okayama prefecture, a famous peach producing area. Kamikokoro brewery founded in 1913, Kamikokoro was named after “Heart of the God”. Brewed with white peach yeast. Nice flavor of white peach, well balanced fruity sake. White peach (25%) infused low alcohol sake. Kamikokoro brews savory sake using local fruits. Serve chilled, on the rocks or cocktail.
