KAKUSHI GURA MUGI (Barley) Shochu

Kakushigura in English means Hidden Distillery. This single-distilled “Honkaku” or Genuine Shochu is made from carefully selected superior barley and aged in oak barrels. This matured barley Shochu has a wonderful taste produced as a result of the long aging period. Behind the mild and smooth oak taste emerges a hint of sweetness.
