Our business is not open to the general public. We primarily serve restaurants, caterers, and other food service professionals. However, we do offer private sales for certain alcoholic beverages.

We primarily serve businesses, but private customers can purchase select alcohol items by contacting: Sake@ozawa.ca

Prices for our products are available upon request. Please contact our sales team to learn about pricing.

For customers who prefer to pick up their orders, please arrive at our warehouse during our designated pick-up hours: Monday to Friday, 1 pm - 4 pm. Upon arrival, follow the signs for customer pick-up, and our staff will assist you with your order. Please have your invoice number ready to provide to our staff.

Our delivery schedule varies depending on your location. Please contact our sales team for specific delivery days and times in your area.

Yes, we do! We can ship products to restaurants across Canada. Please contact us to discuss your location and any specific shipping requirements. If you are in Quebec please contact our Montreal branch at 1-514-631-6931 during office hours, or reach out via our Contact Form

We accept returns for most products* within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

*Note that perishable and frozen items are not eligible for return.

We do not have a traditional retail store. However, we can arrange for you to visit our showroom by appointment only. Please contact your account manager in advance to schedule a visit.

At this time we do not offer our products via an e-commerce platform.
